“A Fuga do Tempo” (The Flight of Time) is an exhibition that takes the form of a cloud – a temporal cloud that exists in space and is therefore tangible and visible. It is a chromatic cloud, as colour abounds in its visual expression. It is also a cloud of varied forms, comprising those that make up the exhibition and those that form an integral part of each individual photograph or painting. These forms are independent of the overall exhibition, having their own narrative and world. Furthermore, it is a textual cloud; the present text creates a more direct narrative that may or may not relate to the exhibition itself, my work in general, art, or other points of interest. Therefore, it is a visual concept lost in time, in this fleeting moment, which, despite its impermanence, gives us life. A life with a limited duration, yet unlimited in terms of how it can be appreciated. What does time mean to you?
